- What is a credit?
- Every run consumes 1 credit, whether triggered manually or on a schedule. Recording a user journey, running a test, replaying a test, and AI selector healing each cost 1 credit. Email and Slack notifications are always free.
- What happens if I run out of credits?
- You can purchase extra credits at any time. Freelancer plan: 50 extra credits for EUR 8. Agency plan: 200 extra credits for EUR 30. For volume pricing contact us.
- Can I upgrade or downgrade my AssertionHub plan anytime?
- Yes. Plan changes take effect immediately. If you upgrade mid-cycle you pay the prorated difference. Downgrading takes effect at the next billing date.
AH Analytics — Cookie Banner
- What counts as an event in AH Cookie Banner Analytics?
- An event is any consent interaction recorded from a visitor: banner shown, accept, decline, opening settings, saving preferences, a custom button click you configured, or a page load.
- Does AH Cookie Banner Analytics store personal data or set cookies?
- No. The tracking script writes no cookies and stores no user IDs. Events are keyed to an anonymous tab-scoped session that expires when the browser tab closes. Country is resolved server-side. The IP address is never stored.
- What happens if I exceed my event limit?
- We will notify you by email when you reach 80% and 100% of your monthly limit. Events beyond the limit are dropped. Your site continues to work normally, but those interactions will not appear in your dashboard until the next billing cycle or an upgrade.
- Can I upgrade or downgrade my AH Cookie Banner Analytics plan anytime?
- Yes. Plan changes take effect immediately. If you upgrade mid-cycle you pay the prorated difference. Downgrading takes effect at the next billing date.
- Do I need a credit card to get started with AH Cookie Banner Analytics?
- No. The Free plan requires no credit card. You can upgrade to a paid plan at any time from your dashboard.
